Born 10. january 1965 in Wolfsburg, Germany. Mother of four children. Poetry, writing and digital art. 2006 the first serie of the Itzapapalotl Cards was realized. After 20 years of enthusiasm for photography the photos flow together in collages. The graphics are made by daughter Nayah Fee, born 31.10. 1991 in Lübeck. Wing cards which search their way how word thoughts in dream pictures.
Currently Birte Demant realizes different book projects and short stories.
